I am planning a major redesign of this blog and probably a new title/web location so I can expand the age focus and would like your help.
I started what is now Ann Arbor Area Events & Activities for Preschoolers about 2.5 years ago. At the time, my daughter was just turning 3 and I was running the playgroup at our church. I started sharing a list of events that were going on with my playgroup. Then I realized that my other friends were also interested in the same information. I started a website and then a few months ago added a blog which is my main focus for updates. Now, links to the blog are shared via Facebook and Twitter and the blog is published via RSS Feed and e-mail.
Now, my daughter is no longer a preschooler - she heads to Kindergarten in the fall - which is one reason for my changes. Also, the blog has been more of a hobby for me yielding very little in compensation. With her in school for more hours, I would like to devote a little more time to this blog and generate a little more revenue.
So, how can you help? I would like to get some site feedback. I have created a short 10 question survey to get a better idea of who my readers are, what current features they like/dislike, and what features they are most interested in me adding.
