Saturday from 6-11p is the Homegrown Festival at the Ann Arbor Farmer's Market.
There will be music, food and drink, samples, kids activities, and more. Admission to the festival is free. There is a charge for most food and drink items including samples.
There will be several groups there from 6-8p with activities for the kids. The Lamaze Center will have a picture frame craft. The Leslie Science Center will have both crafts and specimens on display. Project Grow Gardens will have a planting activity. Rich Wieske, the Bee Guy, will have his observation hive and hands on activities.
If you are headed to the market from the south, be warned that Main Street will be closed from Stadium to Pauline due to the Notre Dame at Michigan game.
