The Jungle Gym - a New Indoor Play Place in Ypsilanti Township - CLOSED

After 3 attempts at an indoor play space, this location is now a karate studio. The play structure has been removed.

One of my Facebook followers just shared that The Jungle Gym opened this week in Ypsilanti. The Jungle Gym is located at 1834 Whittaker Rd in Paint Creek Shopping Center on Whittaker Rd, in the location that was previously Zoobilee and New Zoo.

Jungle Gym Play Cafe

The Jungle Gym is a play cafe that offers seating areas in the front and back with Wi-Fi for the parents. They are starting with a simple menu in the cafe that includes pizza from Cottage Inn, hot dogs, chips, and soda.

Monday-Friday 9a-8p
Saturdays 11a-8p
Sunday noon-6p

Admission is FREE for adults and children under 1, children from 12-23 months are $3, and children 2 and over are $6. They offer a 3 month membership for $50 for 1 child, $85 for 2 children, and $115 for 3 or more children. You can find a coupon on their flyer.

The Jungle Gym is a dual business co-located with Black Belt Academy, a martial arts studio. Black Belt Academy offers a number of programs for children. On weekends The Jungle Gym will be able to take advantage of the extra space for birthday parties.
