Fun Friday Night at UM Natural History Museum

Dinosaur Tour during Fun Friday

The University of Michigan Natural History Museum offers Fun Friday night each month during the school year. On Fun Friday Night the museum stays open until 8p and offers fun activities like Free Dinosaur Tours, Story Time in the Planetarium, and discounted Planetarium shows ($3/person).

April’s Fun Friday Night will be held on Friday, April 11, 2014. The April Story is What do you do with a tail like this? by Steve Jenkins and Robin Page. Story time is at 6p. Storytime space is limited to 36 people , including adults due to capacity of the planetarium. There will also be a Dynamite DNA! demonstration at 6:30p.

We have attended Fun Friday Night several times and my daughter has always had fun. I definitely encourage anyone with dino-loving kids to bring them to Fun Friday Night.

Ann Arbor with Kids is your go-to source for Ann Arbor Family Fun. It got its start in an activity list that I was compiling for the playgroup I ran at our church. When my daughter started preschool, the other moms were thrilled to hear about my list. I decided to take the list public in 2009.
