Memorial Day Weekend at Ann Arbor Hands-On Museum

The Ann Arbor Hands-On Museum is one of our favorite places to visit since our first visit when my daughter was 18 months old. With our busy schedule during the school year, we haven’t been to visit since last summer, but my daughter was very excited to visit with her class earlier this month (she loved the Snap Circuits Workshop if any teachers are looking for field trip suggestions). We will be renewing our membership shortly so that we can make use of reciprocal admissions in our summer travels as well as visiting the museum a couple times this summer.

This weekend the Hands-On Museum will have Hands On Hodgepodge activities on Saturday and Sunday. Hands On Hodgepodge features some of their more popular activities from a variety of topics. On Saturday, they will also have a preschool story time in the Preschool Gallery at 10:30a. They will be closed on Monday, May 26 for Memorial Day.

Ann Arbor with Kids is your go-to source for Ann Arbor Family Fun. It got its start in an activity list that I was compiling for the playgroup I ran at our church. When my daughter started preschool, the other moms were thrilled to hear about my list. I decided to take the list public in 2009.
