Weekend Roundup: Almost Memorial Day Weekend

With this crazy weather that we have been having (overnight lows in the 30s again), I can’t believe that next weekend is Memorial Day. I imagine the pools will still be pretty cold. Since the outdoor pools open next weekend, this is the last weekend for indoor swimming at Mack Pool who is hosting their final Sunday Splash Day until fall.

It is also a big race weekend with the Humane Society’s Walk & Wag & Run at Rolling Hills County Park on Saturday and Girls on the Run 5K at Eastern Michigan University’s Rynearson Stadium on Sunday.

Ann Arbor with Kids is your go-to source for Ann Arbor Family Fun. It got its start in an activity list that I was compiling for the playgroup I ran at our church. When my daughter started preschool, the other moms were thrilled to hear about my list. I decided to take the list public in 2009.
