Kids Night In at University of Michigan Museum of Natural History
The University of Michigan Museum of Natural History will be holding a Kids Night-In on Wednesday, June 25 from 6-10p. They are holding the special weeknight Kids Night In to correspond to their sponsorship of the movie Gravity at Top of the Park (10p show time).
The Kids Night-In will start with a pizza dinner from 6-7p have a theme of space and will include learning about stars and constellations, building either a model rover or an extra-terrestrial habitat, and more. Kids Night-In is for kids ages 5-12. Kids are encouraged to bring their PJs to change into, a blanket, and pillow to use during movie time at the end of the night. Registration is $35/child, $30 for members and siblings.
My daughter has attended Kids Night-In at the University of Michigan Museum of Natural History several times. She has loved each one
that she attended even though she and her friend were placed in different groups last time.
Looking for a daytime activity at the museum? Check out the Museum’s Summer Camps. Even if your child doesn’t attend Kids Night-In, be sure to check out their KidZone that night at top of the park. The KidZone starts at 5p, so your child can do both the Top of the Park activities and the Kids Night-In.
