Fairies at the Sunday Artisan Market This Week

This weekend is the fourth annual Fairies at the Market celebration at the Sunday Artisan Market.

There will be a quest to retrieve tokens for an invitation to a princess and prince party.

Jonathan Wright will be on hand for a book signing, fairy information session, and more. Kids can even become a certified fairyologist (small cost).

Conrad’s Fairy Booth will also be there taking fairy photos complete with costumes and wings.

Ophir Crafts will have a setup for kids to make fairy crafts like wings, crowns, and wands.

Kids can also get their faces painted like fairies and join the dance party to live Irish fairy music.

The Sunday Artisan Market is held from 11a-4p each Sunday from the first Sunday in April through the weekend before Christmas. It is held at the Ann Arbor Farmers Market in Kerrytown (315 Detroit Street).

Ann Arbor with Kids is your go-to source for Ann Arbor Family Fun. It got its start in an activity list that I was compiling for the playgroup I ran at our church. When my daughter started preschool, the other moms were thrilled to hear about my list. I decided to take the list public in 2009.
