Today’s Kid-Friendly Amazon Deals – Blocks, Bikes, MLB, Soccer, & More

Most days I take a few minutes to browse the Amazon Gold Box Deal of the Day and the Lightning Deals to look for kid-friendly items to share with my readers.

When I looked through today’s list of Lightning Deals, I found the KidKraft Wooden Block Set (60-Piece) which will be available on a Lightning Deal at noon. My daughter had a wooden block set from Pottery Barn Kids that she loved and still has – she “rescued” it from the Mom2Mom sale last year. I definitely recommend these blocks for kids ages 4-7.

I was thrilled that my daughter finally learned to ride a two-wheeler this summer and we have been taking family bike rides – it is the only way to keep up with her. If your son is ready for a bike with training wheels, you can check out the Dynacraft Boy’s Magna Rattle Snake Bike (Blue/Orange, 16-Inch) available on a Lightning Deal at 1p. Older boys who need a larger bike may be interested in the Dynacraft Boy’s Krusher Bike, Black/White/Orange, 26-Inch which is available at 9a tomorrow.

Even more than her play kitchen, my daughter loved having a market and playing on a cash register. At 4p, the Zillionz Trilingual Talking Cash Register will be on a Lightning Deal.

If you have a soccer lover, you may want to check out the Kwik Goal Infinity Square Pop Up Goal (36 x 48 x 36-Inch) which will be available as a Lightning Deal at 6p. Also, don’t forget to sign them up for Rec & Ed Soccer before Priority Registration ends on Friday.

If your child has a favorite baseball team, MLB Boy’s Colorblocked Button Down Jerseys are also available at 6p. All 30 MLB teams are available to choose from.

Ann Arbor with Kids is your go-to source for Ann Arbor Family Fun. It got its start in an activity list that I was compiling for the playgroup I ran at our church. When my daughter started preschool, the other moms were thrilled to hear about my list. I decided to take the list public in 2009.
