It’s Going to be a Frozen Weekend
It may be the middle of August, but it is a Frozen weekend in Ann Arbor.
The weekend will kickoff on Friday with Frozen as the Friday Flicks Movie at the Pool at Fuller Park Pool. The movie will start at 8:30p. Regular pool admission applies ($5 for adults, $4 for kids, Free for ages 3 and under). (Update 8/22: Ann Arbor Parks has moved the start time to 8:30 from the previously announced 9:30p.)
Then on Sunday, Learning Express Toys of Ann Arbor will be having a special visit from the Frozen princesses. The event is from noon-1:30p.
The Frozen weekend will wrap up with Eastern Michigan’s Movie Night at the Factory showing of Frozen at their stadium.
The event is free with a suggested $5/person donation to the American Heart Association. All seating will be on the field. They recommend bringing blankets (note chairs/furniture will not be allowed). Gates will open at 8p with the movie starting at dusk (around 8:30p). Concessions will be available with proceeds benefitting the American Heart Association.
