Why Not Wednesday at Arbor Hills to Include Children’s Activities

Arbor Hills shopping center is kicking off their Why Not Wednesday this week, on Wednesday, August 20 from 6-9p with live entertainment, gift cards, and refreshments. This month’s activities will include kids activities from My Urban Toddler.

“Why Not Wednesday?” Set for 3rd Wednesday of Each Month

Ann Arbor, MI (August 14, 2014) — On Wednesday, August 20, 2014 from 6p.m.– 9p.m., Arbor Hills shopping center will launch a new, monthly event: “Why Not Wednesday?”

Washtenaw County’s newest retail center kicks off its series of exclusive evenings with live entertainment and a chance for patrons to win gift cards to shops and restaurants at Arbor Hills.

Arbor Hills’ new monthly Why Not Wednesday? events offer area shoppers a chance to explore the center’s stores, take part in live demonstrations, special offers and refreshments throughout the night.


Staff from Vie: Fitness & Spa will be show fitness-minded folks the latest in exercise and sports conditioning, demonstrating the ViPR in the parking lot. Women of all shapes, sizes and ages can learn the best style for them in sports bras at Running Fit and denim at Hot Mama (soon to be Evereve). My Urban Toddler will keep smaller shopping companions happy with a variety of children’s activities and Bluemercury will pamper patrons with their exclusive mini facials.

Two of D&M Studios’ chalk artists will turn Arbor Hills’ sidewalks into works of art alongside “live” mannequins modeling the latest styles from the center’s shops. Musical duet Aaron Markovitz and Emily Burns of Escaping Pavement promise to keep the atmosphere festive. Arbor Hills and Toll Brothers of Ann Arbor, sponsors of the event, give residents a great reason to join the fun, offering gift card giveaways to lucky shoppers.
