The Huron Valley Parents of Multiples (HVPOM) Group is holding their semi-annual Mom2Mom Sale on Saturday, October 2 at Woodland Meadows Elementary School in Saline.
Update – Event Canceled
After our original posting, I was contacted by HVPOM. They had to cancel the event. Due to COVID safety concerns, they did not have enough parents interested in selling items.
The sale returns after 2 years due to COVID cancellations. There is sure to be good shopping with families gathering items to sell for 2 years (x2+ kids). Masks are required for all shoppers and volunteers.
About the HVPOM Mom2Mom Sale
The Huron Valley Parents of Multiples Mom2Mom sale is a department store style sale. Unlike a traditional Mom2Mom sale with individual tables for each seller, the department store style groups merchandise by type. For example, clothing is split by gender and size. There will be a separate large item area for items like strollers, high chairs, bouncy seats, swings, baby gates, etc.
All sellers at the sale are members of HVPOM. That makes the HVPOM sale a great place to find things like double strollers, matching high chairs or bouncy seats, and more.
Shopping at HVPOM Mom2Mom Sale
The HVPOM Mom2Mom Sale is open from 9a-noon on Saturday, October 2. Admission is $2/adult cash only. Children are free. Strollers are welcome, however their Facebook event warns that the first hour is crowded and can be difficult to navigate with a stroller. Babywearing is encouraged. Shoppers are encouraged to bring a reusable bag or tote for easy shopping and checkout.
Members of HVPOM are also eligible for early bird shopping. To join HVPOM, email them at membership@hvpom.org
Credit Cards are now accepted for checkout (admission is cash only). There is a 3% processing fee charged for credit cards.
There will also be onsite vendors (not announced at the time of publication)

The HVPOM Mom2Mom Sale also includes a Bake Sale to benefit March of Dimes. Local vendors will also be selling their merchandise at the sale.
